Log-in Problems Happen Every Event

    Many of my BB friends and I could not log in BB, sometimes it's working but then BB not accessible. It happens on the last day of the event when people go for Vault of Trial, too bad.

    DeNA please stop releasing fams if you could not solve this problem(which seems like to happen every event, it's been like this for a few months). Having new fams but cannot log in, it's frustrating.

    Any of you having trouble logging in BB?

    No problems today.

    Had a short period yesterday where I couldn't log in.

    Very annoying. Same happened to Android device. But it looks like they updated BB.

    Every event i have problem with error 'you need to update the game' today this same... I dont know what happend

    On my Android, everything's fine. Try emailing DeNA customer support, I did that a few times, and I've learned some new tricks to deal with BB problems from them.

    If you have android try reinstalling BB.

    Yea, i send mail, but they dont replay...
    I try reinstall, clear cache, delete .ngmoco folder, and nothing work...

    I had this problem, it remained for a while, I did not know why too, but the message was "This application requires a working data connection". The solution was keeping trying until I could log into BB.

    Try these:

    1) Turn off the phone, wait for 30s, turn it on, try BB.

    2) Uninstall BB, reinstall BB.

    3) Force Stop BB, try BB again.

    4) Force Stop BB, Clear Data, try BB again.

    5) Try using another network, for example, if you often use Wifi, change to 3G network, after log-in successfully using 3G, switch back to Wifi :). Or go to a Cafe, use their Wifi.

    6) Use another device, this will absolutely helps :).

    7) Turn off Wifi, Force Stop BB, Clear Cache, turn Wifi back on, try BB again.

    I try all this tricks and... Still dosent work :/ ehh... Just another device work... I dont know what happen with this app...

    Well, sh*t happens :D. Just play with your other device, come back trying your not working device after a few days. Trust me, it'd work that way.

    Another working way is re-installing your operating system(For example, use Android 4.2.2 instead of 4.3), it will absolutely helps too.

    Hmm... Play 5 days on my wife phone ? No way ;P
    I see on my tab (dont working app) v20140623 but on phone (here working) v20140805... And here its a question, why i download, from google play the old version ?

    Current version for android is 2.0.1.2.0.
    If you have a single core android tablet or ipad 1, high change the game will not start anymore. Unfortunately there is no support for that. I got the same problem with my ipad when they updated BB some 8 Month ago. I could not start BB anymore.
    This problem also occur on other games. It means ppl have to buy a new device.
