    How to download the game?

    For iOS:
    • Change region to Japan (日本)
    • Check no credit card and proceed down.
      • Prefecture: Hokkaidō
      • Postal Code: 876-0854
    • You should now able to use Japanese AppStore.
    • Search for [聖剣伝説 RISE of MANA]
    • Find it and install.
    • Open and play :D

    For Android:
    • Download the apk here (1st QR Code, click it) or through QooApp.
    • Scroll down and download the OBB file. (2nd QR Code, click it. Don't worry about the 3rd one, that's for iOS)
    • Drag the downloaded OBB folder to to your Android > OBB folder. I use HTC so I used HTC Sync Manager to access my phone files. If you don't know where your OBB folder is, I suggest googling it because it might be different for different phones.
    • You should now able to play normally.
If errors still occur (like "You haven't purchase this game"), double check to make sure your OBB file says main.22043. If you checked this and still getting errors, delete the apk and try to download the new one from QooApp. I've heard some reports of people downloading the new apk and doesn't work with OBB but work when they reinstall with QooApp.

If you have any question or stuck, comment below and be explicit about it so I know where you are stuck.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Spirit Stones (精霊石) are premium currency in this game. This can be purchase in bundle using your credit card or gift card. For your reference, it costs 5 Spirit Stones (or in short, Gems) to perform 1 Rare Summon. Some ways to gems are:
    • Quest (Intermediate and Hard counterpart also give gem on first clear)
    • Daily Locked Dungeons (1st clear)
    • Challenge Quest milestone rewards
    • Raid Event milestone rewards
    • Daily Log In rewards (weekly)
    • Referral Reward
Mana Fragments (マナのかけら) a.k.a. green crystals, are exchange currency. They can be exchange through Spirit Stones Shop (on the left). Things you can exchange are Weapon Rebirth materials and Pet Rebirth materials.
    • 100 fragments per Rare Summon (1000 fragments/11 RS)
    • Daily Dungeon (i.e. Evolution materials dungeons)

Energy/Stamina (行動力) is the ability to take actions in quests or event dungeons. They have a little shoe icon on the bottom left. 1 energy recharge every 6 minutes. You can use Gem to replenish all energy.

Mental Strength (精神力) are the orbs needed to do Raid Battle and Challenge Quest. 1 orb per 20 minutes, and 3 orbs per hour. You can use Gem to replenish 9 orbs.

    [IMG] [IMG]

    Rarity
In this game, both weapon and pets have rarity. This ranges from:
    • N (Normal)
    • N+ (Normal+)
    • R (Rare)
    • R+ (Rare+)
    • SR (Super Rare)
    • SR+ (Super Rare)
Chests dropped in missions are either weapon or pet. They can be distinguish by color of chest.
    • Brown Chest = N or N+
    • Red Chest = R or R+
    • Blue Chest = SR or SR+

    Elements
In this game, there are 4 elements:
    Fire (火)
    Water (水)
    Wind (風)
    Earth (土)

Both Pets and Weapons have elements. They also have strength and weaknesses as well!
    1402151859.png

    Weapons:

Attack Power categorize from Strongest (1) to Weakest (5)
Movement Speed categorize from Fastest (1) to Slowest (5)

Sword - Balanced in Attack and Speed. Highest HP. Skills include hack and slash. This is the second easiest weapon to master.
    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Spear - Balanced in Attack and Speed and high HP. Has a small range attacks with rushing and shockwave skills. This weapon is not too hard to master.
    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Bow - Currently the only ranged attack weapon. Decent HP and lowest attack power but can hit enemies from afar. Work greats with Pet leader skill, Sprint to increase your movement speed. This is the easiest weapon to master.
    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Knuckle - Fastest movement speed weapon but extremely closed ranged weapon. High attack naturally but can easily get overwhelm in a battle of many enemies. This is the second hardest weapon to master.
    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Great Sword - Slowest movement speed weapon and decent attack power with high HP. When attack, the user jumps forward to the enemy, dealing a great amount of damage and slowly performs 2 more slashes. Slow movement speed and slow attack animation allows you to be vulnerable and can easily get overwhelm when there's a horde of enemies. This is the hardest weapon to master.
    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Weapons have 2 Skills to use in battle -- one for Angel and one for Devil. It is important that you know which skill is best for your combo and equip the weapon for Angel or Devil.

They also have Leader Skill that actively apply (passively) throughout the battle. Some leader skills include but not limited to:
    • Increase 100% fire/water/wind/earth damage to enemies.
    • Increase 100% damage against fire/water/wind/earth enemies.
    • Reduce 50% damage against fire/water/wind/earth enemies.
    • Increase avoidability/miss rate.
    • Increase damage when critical hit lands.
    • Increase movement speed.

    Pets
Along with your weapon of choice you also have a pet to accompany you. Pets have up to 2 Assist Skills as well Co-Op Skills in battle that uses "Mana".

    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Mana can be obtained in battle via various options:
    • Dealing damage to enemies.
    • Receive damage from enemies.
    • Collect "Nut" drop from enemies
    • Dodge enemies' attacks
Most pets need 1700 Mana Points to use their skill. If you pets died in action, you can use their skill to revive and unleash their powerful skill! Make sure to keep this in mind when you're strategizing your moves.

    Evolution
Similar to Evolution in other games, Rise of Mana has the evolution option where you can evolve your weapon or pet when you acquire enough evolution materials. You can evolve at any time, and evolving acquire gold to and it varies for rarity.

When you evolve, you carry 30% atk and HP to the new evolution. If you want your weapon/pet to perform at maximum potential, it is recommend to level up first, and then evolve.

    For example:
    • N Level 1 Sword has 2 attack and 83 HP.
Let's evolve at level 1 instead of maxing it at level 20.
    • N+ Level 1 Sword now has 5 attack and 112 HP.
Now, if you max it first:
    • N Level 20 Sword has 20 attack and 224 HP.
Let's evolve now and see what happens:
    • N+ Level 1 Sword now has 11 attack and 179 HP.
    • Math behind this calculation:
      • Atk: 5 attack from N+ base added on 30% of 20 attack (from N) = 5 + 6 = 11
      • HP 112 HP from N+ base added on 30% of 224 HP (from N) = 112 + 67.2 = 179 HP
You don't have to max your weapon/pet if you feel that it's taking too long. Only do this on SR -> SR+ weapon/pet so that you don't waste too much time on lower rarity items.

    Rebirth
Rebirth is a unique feature that allows your weapon or pet to exceed the normality, also known as breaking the limit. When you fuse an exact rarity, element and weapon type (or exact rarity and element for pet), your weapon or pet will increase its level cap. Doing so will allow your item to obtain stats that you normally can't. Each Rebirth yield 5 extra levels. Rarity will determine how many times you can rebirth:
    • 2 times = N
    • 3 times = N+
    • 4 times = R, R+, SR, SR+
One thing to note, for weapon, it has to be exactly the same rarity, the exact same element, and the exact same weapon type for Rebirth to apply to your main weapon. For example:

This spear [IMG] evolves to [IMG]

But if you fuse that SR weapon to SR+, you won't undergo rebirth.

Only when you fuse spare [IMG] to [IMG] will activate rebirth.

When you want to rebirth, think of these 3 criteria:
    1. It must be the same rarity
    2. It must be the same element (fire/water/wind/earth)
    3. It must be the same weapon type (sword, bow, knuckle, spear, great sword)
    The same goes for Pets
    1. It must be the same rarity
    2. It must be the same element
NOTE: When you evolve, the Rebirth will reset back to 0. This means it's best to rebirth only once you evolved to SR or SR+. You're welcome to do it on R/R+ but their damage isn't worth.

    Support System

In the game, you use 2 main weapons as well as 1 pet to battle. But you also use 6 weapons and 2 pets for something known as "Support"

To access Support page, opens up the menu via arrow on the right and click the Box. Click サポート(Support) on the bottom right and select 力スタム (Customization).

This is what you will see. On the left side is your Angel side while the right is Devil side. Right in the middle is your main Pet. On the top of each side is where you place your pet and then 3 weapons for each side. Equipping your extra weapons and pets will increase your overall stats, which display right in the middle.

If you don't know what to pick for best stats, click 力スタム again to switch to Attack build or HP build.

Equipping the same element/type for weapon and pet will increase more than usual.
    Weapon
    1. Same element and type = 40% of weapon stats added to overall.
    2. Same element or type = 30% of weapon stats added to overall.
    3. None = 20% of weapon stats added to overall.
    Pet
    1. Same element = 30% of pet stats added to overall.
    2. None = 20% of pet stats added to overall.
The best way is to equip the same element and type weapons to the correct section and same element for pet. This will increase your stats to the maximum, that's what you want, right? :)

デッキ on the bottom means deck. Currently, I'm using deck 1. You can think of this as squad, team, deck, etc. You can switch to different decks and equip different main weapons and pets and support items for different combos. Use this for your convenience

How are you supposed to unlock the Advanced level difficulty of Alice's quest? I want to get Alice and she only drops on Advanced level, I completed Cocoa's Rescue but the only stage available is the Beginner level and Alice is only available until tonight.

You don't unlock, maybe you just have too little energy. It costs 30 make sure you are strong enough though.

But if that was the case then the Intermediate difficulty should be available because that only costs 5 stamina like the beginner difficulty according to the JPN wiki, unless it's a typo.
