Okay, I'll just come out and say it. Han isn't dead. The lightsaber cauterizes wounds. Chewie vanished after Han fell, he went to get him. You then see Chewie bringing someone to the falcon and everyone assumes it's Finn, but it could have been Han as well. After that you hear someone say that he's still alive. They never said its Finn, but we assume it's Finn. Also no one confirmed that Han was dead. Luke survived his fall in Empire, and yes Darth Maul did survive getting chopped in half and falling in episode 1 (See the clone wars cartoon series, it's pretty wicked). Most of all, Harrison Ford signed up for episodes 8 and 9, and Star Wars doesn't do flashbacks.
As much as I would like this to be true the creative team behind the film have stated that Han is dead as he had no where to go and nothing to do in pushing the story further, which his death at the hands of his son does in abundance. Also Max Von Syndow has been confirmed to be in the next film and his character is most certainly dead, so I would expec flashback scenes. I hope I'm wrong, ang I would love to see Han back, I'd also like to win the lottery and become spider man, all of which have about the same odds
Snokes track sounds identical to the theme used in revenge of the Sith when palpatine lures anakin at the theatre
If you noticed in the movie they mentioned how the storm troopers were taken at birth and not clones and at the end they say they are going to change their strategy. I think they are going to clone a bunch of Jedi/Sith guys for their knight men and this would also explain why Anikan and obi from the prequels were hired for 8 and 9 (previous theories people have thought were for flashbacks). So my money is on clones. Also the song you guys are talking about is the same song. Is snoke plagueis or is it just a coincidence they used the same song.
The biggest thing against that Plageuis theory is the fact he looks nothing like Plageuis or a Munn....but he is a Sith and we know how they love to mess with people's minds.
I believe Plagueis as a Muun is no longer canon. Isn't that information only in the book Darth Plagueis?
Its unfortunate. That book was great. I would be very disappointed if Snoke is Plagueis... He's a Muun to me and a dead Muun at that.
Admittedly it may be to my own detriment but I am set on events of Darth Plagueis, the book. Sidious ends Plagueis without any chance of his survival.
